FAQs - Shipping and Returns

Q1 - When will my Beautius order ship?

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders placed before 13:00  Hong Kong time will usually be fulfilled and shipped the next business day. We take pride in our speedy order process! 

You will receive a shipping notification email that includes a tracking code. Please allow for 24-48 hours for the tracking code to update. 

Sometimes, our emails end up in SPAM. If you do not want to miss our emails, please add cs@beautius.com to your contacts!

Q2 - Do you offer free shipping to international countries?

Yes we do! We currently offer free shipping to Zone 1 and 2 countries for orders $45 and over; and Zone 3 countries for orders $65 and over.

Q3 - Where will my Beautius order ship from and how long will it take to arrive?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

For most international countries, your shipment will arrive within approximately 7-14 business days under normal circumstances. Please refer to the estimated delivery timeframe for your destination country in Shipping.

However, delivery may be subject to delay caused by customs, weather conditions, package redirection, technical issues with the local couriers, strikes and other unexpected factors. 

Q4 - What duties and fess are involved when shipping to international countries listed?

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/ or fess imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. As we have no control over these charges, we are unable to advise what the cost may be.
 
Some countries allow exemption for gifts. If your order is a gift for friends or family members, please leave a note upon placing your order or email us at cs@beautius.com. 

      Q5. Can I request the courier to leave the package at my door?

      Once your shipment is taken on board by your local courier, it is beyond our control to make any requests. Please contact your local courier for more information. 

          Q6. What happens if my order is undelivered?

          Reasons for undelivered shipments could include, but not limited to, incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts by the post office provider (i.e. the recipient is unavailable to collect the shipment), or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent. A refund could only be issued when the shipment gets sent back to us. We regret that the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and that the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund if the shipment is sent with free shipping.
          However if the non delivery is due to faults on our part, we will repost the shipment free of charge.
